Aggregate Plant Manager

CalPortland seeks an Aggregate Plant Manager to lead daily operations at our mining and materials facility. This role oversees production, quality, maintenance, and safety compliance while optimizing plant performance and cost efficiency. You’ll manage a team of operators and technicians, schedule and coordinate mining and processing activities, and ensure reliable supply of aggregates for cement, concrete, and asphalt products. Collaborate with engineering, environmental, and logistics teams, drive continuous improvement, and support CalPortland’s commitment to sustainability and employee development.
