Welder/Fabricator - Experience Preferred

IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking experienced Welders/Fabricators for manufacturing opportunities. This position involves welding, fabricating, assembling, and inspecting metal components according to blueprints and production specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or other welding processes
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
• Fit, tack, weld, and assemble metal components
• Operate grinders, saws, cutting equipment, and power tools
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
• Follow all safety procedures and production standards

Qualifications:

• Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred
• Welding education, training, or certification may be required
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• English proficiency is required to understand work instructions, safety procedures, and communicate effectively on the production floor
• Dependable attendance and ability to work in a manufacturing environment
