Mobile Staff Solutions is now hiring a skilled metal welder/fabricator in the Lakeland area. This is a temporary to permanent position!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various metals
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Fit and fabricate metal components for conveyor systems
• Measure, cut, and assemble parts to exact specifications
• Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, and drills
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of welding and fabrication experience
• Strong experience with conveyor systems or similar industrial equipment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in MIG/TIG welding (Stick welding a plus)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
