We are seeking a Welder Fabricator to support custom metalwork and industrial equipment projects. This role will perform MIG and TIG welding, metal fabrication, structural assembly, and in-process inspection while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and equipment reliability. The position offers opportunities for progression to Senior Welder or Lead Fabricator.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication and assembly work.
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on custom metalwork and industrial equipment.
  • Fabricate and assemble structural metal components.
  • Prepare materials for welding and fabrication.
  • Conduct in-process weld inspections.
  • Maintain welding and fabrication equipment.
  • Follow workplace safety requirements and established procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in welding and fabrication.
  • Welding certificate D1.1
  • Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
  • Blueprint-reading and measurement-tool skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Commitment to workplace safety.
