Welder - Fabricator

Gillmann Services is now hiring for Dayshift Welders/Fabricators for work in Pearisburg, VA

Responsibilities:

• Cut and form metal
• Read and interpret fabrication blueprints
• Weld in compliance with the company's welding standards
• Clean and prepare elements for assembly
• Layout, fabricate, weld, and assemble per the Supervisor's directions

Required:

• Problem-solving skills
• Experienced in welding; must be able to pass MIG welding certification test
• Experienced with torch work
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication blueprints
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are required
• Ability to pass a drug test
