Job Title: Sheet Metal Welder

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Welder to fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment using welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and a proven track record of producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding requirements.
• Set up and operate welding equipment according to welding procedures.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Welder
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficient with welding equipment and tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Excellent communication skills
