Certified Welder Needed - Join Our Dynamic Team and Make an Impact!

Are you a skilled welder with a passion for precision and quality? As a vital part of our operations, you'll perform MIG (GMAW) or TIG welding on sub-assemblies and finished products, ensuring every weld meets strict standards for strength and durability. Required Skills:

• Ability to interpret work instructions and read prints
• Prior welding experience supporting production environments
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with air arc gouging on steel
• Welding to print specifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Related welding experience in a production setting

Other Requirements:

• Ability to follow all safety, PPE, and quality system requirements
• Willingness to participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities
• Ability to operate shop equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes as needed

Salary Range: $24 - $38 per hour, depending on experience
