Welder

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for fabricating and welding custom metal products for commercial, industrial, and government applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG welding, blueprint reading, and working in a custom fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Fabricate and assemble custom products to precise specifications
• Inspect welds and completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Utilize grinders, measuring tools, and fabrication equipment
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous welding experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience with steel fabrication preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Welding certifications are a plus
