Position: Welder
Location: South Fulton, GA
Schedule: 1st Shift
Pay: Starting at $19 (dependent on Weld Test results)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary
We are hiring a Welder for a client in the South Fulton, GA area. This role involves fabricating and repairing metal parts and structures using various welding techniques in a production or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on welding experience and can read basic blueprints or work orders.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal components

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or specifications

• Inspect completed work for quality and conformance to specifications

• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment

• Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Must Haves

• Prior welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

• Ability to read basic blueprints or work orders

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding

• Certification from an accredited welding program
