Warehouse associate

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Warehouse associate to join their team. As a Warehouse associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting various logistical functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse associate

Location: Milton, ON

Pay Rate: $19.75 per hour

Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, and packing
• Assist with box making, order induction, and billing activities
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts for general maintenance and material handling
• Participate in value-added services like kitting, labeling, and post-processing
• Support housekeeping duties including trash removal and pallet detrashing to maintain a clean work environment

What's Needed?

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, noisy warehouse environment
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and work under set standards of performance
• Previous experience in manufacturing, transportation, or warehousing is a plus but not required
