Capital Electric Supply has an opening for a Warehouse Administrator - Outbound at our Upper Marlboro, MD, location. This role provides administrative support to warehouse Outbound operations by ensuring accurate documentation, system entry, communication, and follow up. The Warehouse Administrator plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and enabling strong service to our branches and customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Outbound Manager with daily outbound administrative activities.
- Process all outbound paperwork per company standards.
- Maintain accurate PO, transfer, and shipping records.
- Create packing slips in Eclipse as needed.
- Reconcile shipping and transfer reports.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies with branches, customers and internal teams.
- Ensure accurate outbound documentation and follow safety standards
- Communicate with internal teams and customers via email and phone
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with inventory systems or ERP platforms (Eclipse preferred)
- MHE (forklift) Experience and/or ability to become MHE certified preferred
