Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - PA

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Providing specialized speech-language services for diverse student needs in Hanover, PA, this contract opportunity supports three educational settings focused on autistic support and learning assistance. Services will be delivered from now through the end of May 2027, serving a total of 56 students across multiple classrooms.

Responsibilities include delivering targeted speech therapy and teletherapy interventions to students in two Autistic Support classrooms at North Eastern High Roads of Southern York and one Learning Support classroom at York Tech. Collaboration with educational teams to tailor therapy goals and progress reporting is essential. Flexibility in service delivery is offered through onsite Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or telespeech services paired with a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Virtual SLP candidates must work alongside an SLPA on site; the agency covers a $2,000 supervision fee when employing Clinical Fellows (CFs).

Qualifications and requirements:

• Pennsylvania SLP certification and valid teaching certification are mandatory
• Experience working with autistic support and learning support populations in school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to provide onsite or teletherapy services, adhering to site requirements
