Physician - Urology

Job Details:

• Provide urology coverage with 24-hour hospital and surgical responsibilities
• Coverage dates: November 16 (7:00 AM) through November 23 (7:00 AM)
• PRN position with coverage needed approximately once every 12 to 14 weeks
• See patients on-site while also taking phone calls from additional regional locations as needed
• No APP support available; provider will work independently
• Treat all urologic patients across age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• EMR system: Epic
• Hospital bed size: 76 beds
• Board certification or board eligibility in urology required
• Active Pennsylvania license required
• Active DEA required
• New graduates will be considered
• Strong communication skills preferred

This facility is a community hospital providing a broad range of inpatient and outpatient medical services, including surgical and specialty care. The hospital supports a regional patient population and utilizes Epic as its electronic medical records system. The urology department serves patients across all age groups and coordinates care across multiple affiliated locations in the surrounding area.
