Pay & Benefits:
  • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (note: competitive pay package discussed upon application)

What You ll Do:
  • Provide full-time urology outpatient and inpatient care at clinic and hospital setting
  • Perform scheduled surgical procedures (2-3 days per week)
  • Participate in on-call rotation based out of Wausau (7-10 days/month, including one weekend)
  • Support outreach clinics in Wisconsin Rapids ( 1-2 days/month)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Document patient encounters accurately and timely
  • Maintain compliance with hospital and health system policies

What You Need:
  • Active Wisconsin medical license and Urology board certification or eligibility
  • Minimum 2 years of Urology practice experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules

This position offers a full scope of urological services in a vibrant healthcare environment. The provider will manage outpatient clinics, perform surgical procedures, and participate in call coverage, contributing to community health across Wisconsin.
