Open roles for Milford, NH:

Tool Builder
Build, repair, modify, and maintain precision tooling, fixtures, gauges, and production equipment used in manufacturing. This position requires strong machining skills, blueprint interpretation, and the ability to work to extremely tight tolerances. Responsibilities include building and assembling production tooling, interpreting engineering drawings and CAD models, machining precision components using manual and CNC equipment, troubleshooting tooling issues, and working closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams on new tooling projects.

We're also hiring for: CNC Machine Operators, Quality Inspectors, and Assemblers.

Qualifications for Tool Builder:

• Tool & Die, Toolmaking, or Precision Machining education preferred
• Experience building or repairing production tooling
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Experience operating manual mills, lathes, grinders, and CNC equipment
• Knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
