Responsibilities:

• Install window tint film on automotive applications
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and inspecting windows prior to film application
• Cut and trim tint film with precision using hand tools and cutting software
• Perform quality control checks to ensure bubble-free, clean installations
• Consult with customers on tint options, shades, and product recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Stay current on the latest tinting products, techniques, and industry trends

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in window tint installation (automotive, residential, or commercial)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently and meet production goals in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with tint film brands, tools, and application techniques
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods
