About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Welder with strong TIG and MIG welding skills to join their manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position focused on producing clean, precise, and high-quality welds on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.


Experience in aerospace, defense, hydraulic, or precision manufacturing is preferred, but candidates with strong welding experience in other manufacturing environments are encouraged to apply.


What You'll Do

  • Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
  • Prepare materials by cleaning, cutting, fitting, and shaping as needed.
  • Set up and adjust welding equipment, filler metals, and machine settings.
  • Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools to verify dimensions.
  • Follow written and verbal work instructions and established welding procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work independently and collaborate with the team to meet production schedules.


What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of TIG and MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience welding stainless steel and aluminum strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
  • Knowledge of welding procedures, materials, filler metals, and equipment settings.
  • Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Reliable and able to meet production schedules.
  • Aerospace, defense, hydraulic, or precision manufacturing experience is a plus.


Physical Requirements

  • Stand, bend, reach, and work in various positions for extended periods.
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Safely operate welding equipment, hand tools, and measuring instruments.
  • Wear required PPE and follow all workplace safety procedures.
