Provide Production teThe Environmental Laboratory Technician conducts rigorous testing and environmental stress screening on critical aerospace and defense hardware. This role ensures the reliability and durability of complex systems through precise execution of testing protocols under extreme conditions.st functions during the production phase of the program


Skills Required

Requires a High School or Trade School diploma or its equivalent and a basic knowledge of electronic technology acquired through advanced study of up to two (2) years. • Operate and monitor environmental test chambers to simulate extreme hot and cold temperatures and vibration conditions. • Execute test protocols and collect accurate test data, maintaining detailed logs of lab operations. • Multitask across multiple testing jobs simultaneously, managing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Monitor lab systems and technician workflows in a 24/7 operational environment. • Maintain lab facility equipment to ensure uninterrupted testing capabilities and support paperless documentation workflows.

Skills Preferred

Experience Required

Requires a High School or Trade School diploma or its equivalent and a basic knowledge of electronic technology acquired through advanced study of up to two (2) years • Technical proficiency in environmental test laboratory operations, including thermal and vibration testing. • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a high-demand, 24/7 facility. • Strong attention to detail with a history of reducing log errors and maintaining strict compliance standards.
