Career Strategies is hiring a temporary Office/Leasing Support for a Apartment Community in the Prescott Valley, AZ area. We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company.

Job Title: Office/Leasing Support

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Assignment Length: 4 day assignment - Friday 9/4 Saturday 9/5 and Friday 9/11 and Saturday 9/12

Schedule/Hours:

9/4/2026 : 8:45AM - 6:00PM with an hour lunch break

9/5/2026 : 9:45AM - 5:00PM with a 30 minute lunch break

9/11/2026 : 8:45AM - 6:00PM with an hour lunch break

9/12/2026 : 9:45AM - 5:00PM with a 30 minute lunch break

Job Duties:

Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations and administrative projects but are not limited to this.

Requirements.

• Prior leasing experience is preffered
• Apartment Leasing / Fair Housing
• Friendly, energetic, great people skills, and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent phone and in person sales skills
• Motivated and hard-working
• Excellent communication skills
• Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service skills.
• Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills.
