Table Welder - 1st Shift and 2nd shift available

We are seeking an experienced Table Welder for a full-time manufacturing position. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on welding experience who can accurately fabricate and repair components according to specifications.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Olathe, KS
Pay:$21.00/hour
Schedule:1st and 2nd Shift Available

• 1st shift-Monday-Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm
• 2nd Shift Monday -Friday 4:00pm- 1:00 am

Position Summary

The Table Welder will set up and operate welding equipment to fabricate, weld, and repair metal components. Candidates should be comfortable working from blueprints and measurements while producing accurate, quality welds.

Essential Functions

• Set up and operate welding equipment
• Weld and fabricate components according to specifications
• Read blueprints, schematics, and tape measures
• Maintain accurate machine settings
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
• Follow production and safety procedures

Skills & Experience Required

• 1-3 years of welding experience
• Knowledge of MIG welding required; TIG/Stick knowledge is a plus
• Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints
• Comfortable setting up and operating welding equipment
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or GED; vocational or technical welding training preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly stand, bend, twist, and crouch
• Comfortable performing hands-on welding throughout the shift
• Ability to safely work in a manufacturing/fabrication environment
