Are you detail-oriented, technically skilled, and passionate about producing high-quality survey drawings? We're looking for a Survey Technician/Drafter to join our team and help transform field data into accurate, professional survey deliverables.
What You'll Do
Prepare boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, subdivision, and construction survey drawings.
Process and draft survey data using Carlson software.
Create plats, legal descriptions, easement exhibits, and record drawings.
Work closely with survey crews and project managers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Research deeds, plats, and public records as needed.
