Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Vascular Surgeon for a locum tenens opportunity in Pennsylvania. This role is focused on 24-hour beeper call coverage, offering a flexible, week-on/week-off style schedule while working in a supportive hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide vascular surgery coverage via 24-hour on-call
- Manage urgent and emergent vascular cases
- Perform vascular procedures and surgical interventions
- Collaborate with hospital staff and multidisciplinary teams ️ ️
- Ensure accurate documentation using EPIC EMR
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered surgical care
- Start Date: May 15, 2026
- Ongoing coverage: 1 week per month
- 24-hour beeper call (7 AM 7 AM)
- Upcoming coverage blocks:
- May 15 May 22
- May 29 June 5
- June 12 June 19
- MD/DO degree
- Board Certified/Eligible in Vascular Surgery
- Active Pennsylvania medical license (or willingness to obtain)
- DEA certification required
- Strong experience in vascular and emergency surgical cases
- Comfortable with independent call coverage
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
- Locum Tenens opportunity with ongoing monthly coverage
- All hours are billable
- Flexible schedule with 1 week per month commitment
