Schedule: 24-hour call coverage (7:00a-7:00a); ongoing need for approximately 10-14 days of coverage per month

Setting: Hospital-based Cardiothoracic Surgery with inpatient rounding and surgical call coverage

Patient Volume: Approximately 1 surgical case per day

EMR: Epic

Required Skills: Cardiothoracic Surgery including CABG, arterial revascularization, redo coronary revascularization, pericardial window procedures, and heart valve repair/replacement

Board Status: Board Certified required

Fellowship: Cardiothoracic Surgery fellowship training required

Licensure: Active Ohio license required

Certifications Required: ACLS and BLS

Credentialing: Approximately 30 days with emergency privileging considered

Support: Established cardiac surgery program with dedicated PA support and comprehensive hospital resources
