Location: Montreal, QC or Mississauga, ON.
Responsibilities- Participate in project intake and discovery processes when a software training component is identified to help determine priorities and support the change management training scope.
- Assess employee needs and develop tech training courses and/or programs.
- Create engaging learning content, activities, and course curriculum using adult instructional design principles.
- Deliver and facilitate tech training and education via live classroom, onsite training, videoconference, and one-on-one sessions.
- Design and develop interactive, high-quality learning content for remote and in-person training, including facilitator guides, participant materials, videos, practical exercises, engaging activities, training handouts, and evaluations.
- Develop and utilize reports and analytics (Intellum, Power Apps, Power BI) to measure effectiveness of tech training programs.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and oversee internal training sessions on technology solutions.
- Support communication of training initiatives throughout the organization.
- 2-6 years of experience in designing and facilitating onboarding and cross training programs.
- 2-6 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering e learning solutions, both asynchronous and blended.
- Full bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Strong knowledge of Workday (asset).
- Experience in construction and project management required.
- Experience using e learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, etc., and Instructional System Design (ISD) methodologies and best practices (asset).
- Strong knowledge of M365 and Copilot required.
- Financial management knowledge (asset).
- Tech savviness and curiosity for technology.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to quality, detail, and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks and adapt to change.
- Team player with high energy, enthusiasm, and proactive problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to train diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills: identifying needs, developing solutions, and managing projects to completion.
- Ability to maintain high productivity, manage competing priorities, and work autonomously.
- Ability to learn and retain system, process, product information quickly and accurately.
- Customer first mindset and desire to drive change.
- Experience in a technical or engineering organization or knowledge of high technology industry (asset).
Salary range: $65,000-$78,000 CAD annually.
