Cashier/Guest Greeter
Buffet Attendant / Stocker

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hi Welcome to Cicis!
• Comply with the Cicis image and appearance standards - proper uniform and work attire at all times.
• Positive Attitude -Contribute to an atmosphere of energy, fun and no excuse, no complaining, winning culture.
• Team Player -Work as a team and assist each other by being on time for their shift, supporting other work positions during their shift as needed, and completing all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each work shift
• Guest First Focused - Enhance the guests overall dining experience by providing positive, professional, friendly and efficient service with a smile.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills -Support sales building initiatives by suggestively selling when completing a guest's order. This includes having knowledge of our dine-in and to go menu options so that you can answer questions and provide recommendations to our guest.
• Productive and focused - Must be able to perform assigned sidework, running duties, restocking salad bar, pizza buffet and dessert bar, opening and closing responsibilities.

Protect the restaurant's assets by maintaining a safe, clean and organized work area at all times and complying with all food safety, security and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• Customer service focused and oriented
• Demonstrates the highest professionalism
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and stand on your feet for 6 hours
• Bilingual skills a plus
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Hiring Daytime Mon-Fri
• Hiring Nights and Weekends
