Luxor Staffing is hiring a Robotic Welder paying up to $23 per hour with 2nd shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor automated welding robots for production.
• Responsible for maintaining tight tolerance weldments in accordance with AWS specs and customer drawing requirements.
• Tolerances of +/- .03" are common and must be adhered to.
• Ensure that the robot welds meet quality and safety standards.
• Implement 2 Second Lean improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in welding or robotic operations preferred.
• 2 years minimum of Semiconductor sheet metal fabrication
• Basic knowledge of welding techniques and equipment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
