Residential Service Plumber

We are seeking a full-time Residential Service Plumber to join our team! We have no shortage of work and a 30+ year base of established customers.
Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair all plumbing issues
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Perform all work to code
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• 3 years of minimum previous experience working for a plumbing company as a service plumber
• Ability to use plumbing tools, sewer & drain cleaning equipment
• Must pass drug test and background check
• Must have clean driving record for insurance requirements
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay:

Pay is commission-based, with a 30% base pay that increases to 35% if weekly goals are met. A 35% commission is easily attainable for a highly experienced and motivated plumber. This is an outstanding opportunity to make a substantial amount of money. No cap on earnings/
