We are proud to generate over $1.5 million in annualrevenue, with a strong foundation built on trust, quality work, and a loyal customer base.Job PurposeThe Residential Service Plumber is responsible for diagnosing plumbing issues, performing repairs and installations,and delivering exceptional customer service during every service call.Duties & ResponsibilitiesInspect, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systemsPerform installations of water heaters, fixtures, pipes, and moreCommunicate clearly with customers and educate them on service optionsMaintain accurate service documentation via mobile appKeep company vehicle and tools clean, organized, and properly stockedUphold all safety regulations and plumbing codesSupport team members and contribute to a positive, professional work cultureQualifications3+ years of residential plumbing experience preferredValid driver's license and clean driving recordState plumbing license (or actively pursuing it)Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areasExcellent communication and time-management skillsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
