Yard Techs is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Technician for residential landscape maintenance work.

If you are not looking to grow and learn this is not a good fit for you. You must be comfortable working alone after training. What the Job Is Like

Most days start early. You will work with a team on residential properties, helping keep yards clean, detailed, and healthy. The work is physical, but it is also rewarding. You get to be outside, move throughout the day, and see the results of your work before you leave each property.

You may be mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, removing weeds, cleaning up plants, checking irrigation, or helping identify problems before clients have to point them out.

If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a team that wants to do things the right way, you may enjoy this position.

What You'll Do
As a Landscape Maintenance Technician, you may help with:

• Residential landscape maintenance
• Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Weed removal and weed control
• Hedge trimming and plant cleanup
• Basic plant care and property detail work
• Checking for irrigation issues
• Reporting property problems or improvement opportunities
• Using landscape tools safely, including mowers, blowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, and hand tools
• Keeping tools, vehicles, and equipment clean and organized
• Following Yard Techs maintenance procedures and property checklists

Schedule

Typical work hours are around 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Some days may start as early as 5:00 am or end as late as 6:00 pm on weather, route needs, driving distance, or workload or the occasional Saturday if needed. You must have full availability to work with Yard Techs. We will not accommodate any special schedule request.
