What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and growing a regional sales team
• Working a personal book of business alongside managing others
• Recruiting and onboarding new agents under your leadership
• Running virtual sales meetings and presenting customized solutions
• Mentoring your team the way someone mentored you

What You'll Earn:

• $90,000-$120,000 average, with no ceiling
• Top managers earn $150K+, with growth bonuses and residual income
