Every day you will engage in a team-based approach to provide comprehensive screening, diagnostic, and interventional services, participating actively in multidisciplinary conferences. You'll work closely with medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and pathologists, enhancing patient care through interdepartmental collaboration. Additionally you will leverage opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation through the Virginia Mason Production System, ensuring exceptional safety and patient experience.
To be successful in this role, you will be a compassionate, skilled board certified/board eligible Breast Imaging Radiologist with expertise in the diagnosis and management of breast diseases. Your success also requires a willingness to interpret studies in one or more additional areas, such as X-ray, ultrasound, or other areas according to your preference and training. You'll demonstrate strong communication abilities and a deep commitment to patient-centered care, thriving within our collegial and supportive environment.
- Full time: 0.8-1.0 FTE

Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or board eligible in Gastroenterology from the American Board of Radiology.
- Breast Imaging fellowship at an ACGME accredited facility.
- Active Washington State Medical License, or eligible for licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

$400,000 - $450,000 /year
