Responsibilities

• Perform Inbound Inspections (materials, purchase orders, packing slips, certifications)
• Conduct First Article / First Part Inspections with 100% dimensional verification
• Perform In Process Inspections per sampling plans and report out of tolerance conditions
• Complete Final Inspections, including preparation and review of AS9102 compliant First Article Inspection Reports
• Pre Shipment Inspections for accuracy, quantity, labeling, and packaging
• Identify, tag, and document non conforming material and support resolution
• Accurately complete inspection paperwork
• Use calibrated inspection tools and reference calibration data when required
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Shipping teams

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing quality inspection (machining or precision manufacturing preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and routers
• Familiar with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and microscopes
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Good communication skills and a team oriented mindset
