QUALITY INSPECTOR

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is hiring!

We are looking for Quality Inspectors to join a growing manufacturing team in Bremen, IN. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys a clean, comfortable work environment.

• $16.00/hour starting pay

• 2nd shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

• Monday-Friday schedule

• No weekend schedule

• Climate-controlled facility

• Sit-down position

Quality Inspector Responsibilities:

• Inspect bearing parts for defects and quality issues

• Carefully examine parts to ensure they meet required specifications

• Identify imperfections, damage, or inconsistencies

• Use good hand-eye coordination when handling and inspecting small parts

• Follow established quality procedures and instructions

• Maintain accurate and consistent inspection standards

• Communicate quality concerns to the appropriate team members

What We're Looking For:

• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent hand-eye coordination

• Ability to identify small defects or differences in parts

• Ability to remain focused and consistent throughout the shift

• Reliable attendance and dependable work habits

• Comfortable performing repetitive inspection work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
