Production Packer General Labour (Temp-to-Perm) Mississauga/Oakville Border $19.09/hr

Our client, a leading food packaging manufacturer, is seeking a Production Packer to join their team. As a Production Packer, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Packer

Location: Mississauga, ON (Mississauga/Oakville Border)

Pay Range: $19.09/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM

What's the Job?

• Package finished products into boxes and totes according to production requirements.
• Perform visual inspections to identify product defects.
• Report quality concerns to the Machine Operator or Quality Control team.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Verify raw materials before production and maintain a clean work area following 5S standards.

What's Needed?

• Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience is an asset.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic counting.
• Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious with good communication and teamwork skills.
