Key Responsibilities:
Assemble circuit boards, components, and subassemblies with precision and attention to detail.
Conduct thorough in-process and final inspections to uphold product quality standards.
Operate various production and inspection tools and equipment efficiently.
Accurately record production data and quality metrics within manufacturing systems.
Handle, identify, label, and manage materials and assemblies throughout the production process.
Monitor and replenish inventory to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
Follow company policies and safety procedures diligently.
Support team efforts by performing additional duties as needed to meet production goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or inspection.
Ability to accurately interpret work instructions, drawings, and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with math.
Comfortable using hand tools, barcode scanners, and inspection equipment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks, handling small components, and standing for extended periods.

Pay Details: $16.34 to $21.00 per hour
