EverCare Mobile Health is seeking a PMHNP to support residents in long-term and residential care settings. We partner with facilities to provide consistent, evidence-based mental health services that improve outcomes and quality of life. Visit-based reimbursement or W2 hourly position, including:
- Initial evaluations (90792, 99345)
- Follow-up care (99214, 99215)
- Psychotherapy with medication (90833)
- Crisis/extended services (as applicable)
- Active PMHNP or PMHCNS license
- Idaho licensure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
