We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Installer to install, service, and repair plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Provide customers with 3-6 repair or replacement options.
• Maintain a clean and professional work area and vehicle.
• Test completed work to ensure proper operation and minimize callbacks.
• Explain completed work clearly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete required paperwork, photos, and work orders.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and management.
• Participate in training and skill-development programs.
• Maintain proper vehicle inventory, tools, and materials.
• Ask customers for reviews and referrals.

Qualifications

• Strong residential plumbing installation and service experience.
• Current Texas plumbing license appropriate for the position.
• Strong technical, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and work independently.
• Sales ability and confidence presenting options to customers.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred.
• Team-oriented, dependable, coachable, and professional.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000-$125,000+ annually, based on experience and performance.

Training
