This role includes providing guidance, coaching, and ensuring high-quality client service. Your expertise will support process improvements and enhance team performance through effective feedback and staff development. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Personal Lines Account Managers effectively • Coach and mentor team on business issues • Analyze and improve workflows and procedures • Monitor service levels and provide feedback • Assist in staff selection and performance evaluations Requirements: • Level 2 Alberta Insurance License mandatory • 5 years' experience in an Insurance Brokerage • Leadership experience in performance management • Familiarity with Applied Systems (Epic) • Additional insurance licenses are beneficial Utilize your leadership skills and insurance knowledge in a dynamic team at Armour Insurance in Edmonton.
