Outpatient Flexible Schedule California

Schedule Options: Part-time, Full-time, or Per-Diem
4-hour or 8-hour shifts available Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
Light call: 1 week every 3-4 months

About the Role

St. Gianna Medical Group is seeking an experienced Family Practice / Internal Medicine Provider MD / DO to join our outpatient team.

Work 4 days per week and still qualify for full benefits.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $225,000 - $300,000/year (based on experience)
• Performance bonus up to $20,000 annually

Responsibilities

• See approximately 25-30 patients per day
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Perform exams and manage treatment plans
• Prescribe medications as appropriate
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR
• Provide patient education and preventive care

Qualifications

• Active California license
• MD, DO, or OB-GYN
• New grads welcome to apply

• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting
