Growing Children's Hospital in West Texas is seeking a Pediatric Ophthalmologist to build its first program. The incoming Pediatric Ophthalmologist will have the autonomy to structure the practice and schedule according to his or her preferences!

• Incoming provider is given autonomy to build program to his or her preference
  
• 1 full dedicated administrative day
• Not required, but there is an opportunity to work as an academician
