Paint Prep Technician and Metal Finisher

Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal surfaces by electrochemical weld cleaning, sanding, grinding, chipping and pressure washing
• Inspect materials for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in paint preparation or metal finishing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Benefits:

• Monday through Friday schedule
• 6 am to 2:30 pm
