Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM / 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Resource Employment Solutions is hiring Packers for a paper packaging company in Waukegan, IL. This is a great opportunity for dependable, hardworking individuals looking to gain valuable manufacturing experience in a fast-paced production environment. As a Packer, you will be responsible for packing paper products, inspecting finished products for quality, maintaining accurate counts, and keeping your workstation clean and organized.

Responsibilities and Duties - Your Day-to-Day

• Pack paper bags, sheets, and other paper products into cartons according to specifications.
• Read job pockets and follow carton labeling and production instructions.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep up with machine production and maintain accurate product counts.
• Stack and organize finished cartons as needed.

What You Bring - Skills that Make a Difference

• Steel-toe shoes are required.
• Ability to stand and remain active for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately count products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
