Package assembler / kit builder

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Overtime: Occasional Saturdays as needed

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented package assembler to join our growing team in a warehouse and machine shop environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and looking for long-term growth with a tight-knit company.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders and gather materials for production kits
• Assemble and package kits accurately according to specifications
• Verify inventory and order quantities
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure accuracy and quality throughout the kitting process

Qualifications

• Strong math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work accurately with decimals and fractions
• Ability to read a measuring tape in inches and centimeters
• Valid driver's license required
• High school diploma required
• Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn

Assessment

Candidates will complete a basic math test covering:

• Decimal and fraction conversions
• Reading a tape measure in inches and centimeters
