Full-Time Employed PSLF Eligible Residency Teaching Opportunity

Position Overview

A nonprofit, integrated health system in Erie, Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join an established, collegial practice.

  • Join three ENTs (two board certified, one board eligible)

  • Full-time, employed position

  • New graduates welcome

  • ENT Residency Directorship potential

Clinical Practice
  • Diagnose and treat a full spectrum of ENT conditions including:

    • Ear infections, hearing loss

    • Sinus disease and allergies

    • Voice disorders

    • Sleep apnea

  • Perform common ENT surgical procedures, including:

    • Tonsillectomies and adenoidectomies

    • Septoplasties

    • Ear tube insertions

  • Integrated Epic EMR across the health system

  • Strong primary care referral network ensures consistent volume

  • Coverage at nearby regional clinics required

Call & Schedule
  • Call rotation: 1:4

  • Residents take first/primary night and weekend call

  • Physician call: every fourth night and weekend

Teaching Opportunity
  • Participate in an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency program

  • Program includes five residents

  • Teaching, mentoring, and leadership opportunities available

Compensation & Benefits
