We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our Peoria, Illinois Team focusing on providing high quality Occupational Health patient care. This position is Monday-Friday, no call!

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
  • Provide all necessary treatments for acute injuries to include prescribing medication and necessary wound care.
  • Order and review appropriate imaging
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patient.
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
  • Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a reputable nurse practitioner program
  • Previous experience in nursing or other medical field
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities

Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
