A Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive healthcare services by diagnosing and managing acute and chronic illnesses, promoting health and wellness, and collaborating with patients and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Looking for someone that has done Hormone Therapy & Antiaging practices.
• Conduct patient assessments and obtain medical histories
• Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies
• Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in nurse practitioner practice
