We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing Mobile Wound Care Team. In this role, you will provide advanced wound care to patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and home settings.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive wound assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Manage acute and chronic wounds, including pressure injuries, diabetic ulcers, surgical wounds, and other complex wounds
Perform wound-related procedures within scope of practice
Document patient encounters accurately and promptly
Collaborate with physicians, facility staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and caregivers on wound prevention and treatment
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
DEA registration (or eligibility)
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Wound care experience or certification preferred, but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply
