Mobile Phlebotomist

We are hiring a Mobile Phlebotomist in Maricopa County, Arizona, to cover the San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Chandler, Gilbert, and Ahwatukee region.

What you'll do:

• Perform blood draws and POCT testing in mobile settings
• Plan and manage your daily route efficiently
• Communicate with patients to confirm appointments
• Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and transport
• Maintain supplies and submit restock requests as needed
• Build strong, professional relationships with patients and staff

What we're looking for:

• Driven phlebotomist with strong draw skills
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Familiar with HIPAA and proper specimen handling
• Comfortable using basic scheduling and communication tools

Pay and structure:

• 1099 contractor position
• Starting at $15 per draw, DOE
• Mileage reimbursement
• Opportunity for higher earnings based on volume

Schedule:

• Flexible daytime hours
• Monday through Friday with optional weekend availability
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available
