MOBILE CRANE OPERATOR

GSD CRANES INC ( BC LTD ) is looking for Two (2) MOBILE CRANE OPERATORS who can star work As soon as possible. If you have experience as a Crane operator then we want you to apply for this exciting opportunity. This opportunity would be most compatible with individuals that are motivated and ambitious. We are located in the Vancouver area 6255 Butler St Vancouver, BC V5S 3K5, this position is Long-term permanent full-time employment at $40.00 / hour. Overtime is paid in accordance with British Columbia employment standards.

Work Location: Vancouver and various job sites throughout the Lower Mainland, British Columbia.
Job Duties:
Determine the cranes lifting capacity before carrying out assigned lifting work.
Use mobile crane equipment to lift, move, position and place materials and equipment.
Inspect the crane before beginning operations to confirm that it is ready for use.
Keep the crane clean and lubricate its components as required.
Assemble and install the hoisting and rigging equipment required for lifting operations.
Job Requirements:
At least one year of recent experience operating mobile cranes in construction or industrial settings is required.
A valid Mobile Crane Operator certification, or a recognized credential authorizing operation of the class and capacity of mobile crane used in this position, is required.
High school diploma
Communications skills, ability to read and speak English
A valid drivers licence is required for driving the crane.
