Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Pay: $24-$27/hr DOE
Job Type: Full-Time Long-Term

We are currently hiring experienced MIG Welders for full-time positions in North Portland and Downtown Vancouver. If you have recent hands-on welding experience and take pride in producing quality work, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent MIG welding experience
• Strong hands-on welding skills
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Must be able to perform a welding test on-site
• Ability to work safely and follow established procedures
• Must be comfortable wearing required PPE

Job Duties

• MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal products
• Weld products including truck beds, aluminum tool cases, and metal components for large vehicles
• Complete joints, repairs, and weld assemblies
• Operate welding equipment and other shop tools
• Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and integrity
• Identify and repair welding defects when necessary
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Wear all required protective equipment while welding

This is a hands-on welding position. Recent welding experience is required. Candidates must be able to successfully complete an on-site welding test.
